Our office offers Patient Connect 365, a web based, highly secure inquiry system that allows patients to check appointment times, request appointments, retrieve account balances online, or make payments, anytime, day or night. Patient Connect 365 enables you to conveniently retrieve your account information online when it is convenient for you. With Patient Connect 365, you receive a User ID and password that allows you to login to your highly secure account. You are the only one to know the account password. You are then able to access this account whenever you need information.
These program also allows you to sign up for text and email reminders, and to receive promotions and newsletters offered by our office. You will be able to receive post op instructions and surveys, and even write a review or refer a friend!
